Day 15. Shelby Montana to Havre Montana.

Well, day 15 and a long ride - 107.8 miles and pretty flat terrain.  Climb was only 1537 feet up and down, with a total loss of about 500 feet to Havre, Montana.  Not really hot, and my wish yesterday of a tailwind came true - 20+ MPH!  Again, the terrain was flat - as the first picture shows.

On the way we met Mark and Kieri again at a local cemetery.  You might not know, but cemeteries are great places to find water and seats.  It is also quiet.  They were waiting for the wind to shift more to their advantage, and it worked.  Don't know if they asked the cemetery members to shift things a bit.
Along the road we did run into some dinosaurs.  Here is the first one that got Paul P. when he was stopped to water the grass.  I got his snacks and tire tube.
Next, we met Dick who had a dinosaur of his own.  He wants only 15,000$ for the rig and it is in GREAT shape. I did not start it, but here is the classic brontosaur!  I bet it would drink like a dinosaur.

When we were in Chester for lunch, how could we pass this by?  We were feeling lonely for Idaho, and this helped.  The place was booming and we had to wait for over an hour for food, but it was fun to watch the waitresses daughter - a cutie!

In the end of the day,  we camped along side a casino, by a gas station, next to the railroad.  As I have one deaf ear, it won't be a problem for me but Gayle and Paul might have to play in the casino to get worn out enough to sleep - 100+ miles is not enough for Paul P.

Tomorrow is another fairly flat day, so keep the wind blowing east!!
