Day 20 - yet another windy day in our faces. Circle, Montana to Glendive, Montana.

Day 20.  This was another day of wind in our faces no matter which way the road turned.  This is wearing me out!  I need a different charm or something.  Anyway, we slogged our way from Circle, Mt.to Glendive, Mt. every slow and grinding mile.  Our total mileage was 53.4 and the climb only 950 feet and we are now staying in a windy, dry campground in Glendive, Montana.  I will certainly sleep!
On the way today we followed the old Northern Pacific rail line from Glendive to Circle.  It is mostly unused, but still the rails are there.  Here are some pictures only a train buff might like.

Here is a picture of the rails in place - ready for a train!  One is looking west and the other east.  There are our bikes resting too.

The next picture is at Lindsay, Montana - not even a gas station there now.  We stopped for a rest.
Tomorrow we head further east into North Dakota.  A new state with new rules and roads.  We shall see what this means to us.
