Mackinac Island - Day 37

As an interesting jaunt, we decided to take the ferry over to Mackinac Island.  It was a great and fast ride on the large hydroplane boat!

We first rode through town, and it was really schmaltzy for the tourists - like us!

Once we got out of the town it was a level road with no cars - very nice and not what we were used to for sure.  The views were great, there was not much traffic, and an easy trip of 7 miles on the bike.  It would be a great walk too. If you have the chance, I suggest you give it a try.
